Component D: Routine Data

Throughout the project, we will collect information across the three boroughs on the total number of arrests and other enforcement measures used against sex workers, their clients and third-parties working in the industry (e.g. managers, maids). We will use this information make sure we ask relevant questions about types of police enforcement in the cohort study (Component B),  to monitor any changes in policing practices over time, and to help develop the mathematical model.
